If you are coming from the M25 (or from the A41 from London)

If you are coming from the Hemel Hempstead direction

Go to M25 junction 20 (which intersects the A41). On the roundabout follow signs to Kings Langley.

After around a mile, you enter Kings Langley High Street. Turn left into Langley Hill.

Follow  the road up the hill and steeply round to the right.

Go straight over the crossroads with the common on your right. This is Love Lane.

Continue down Love Lane past Kings Langley School and just before the road turns steeply right, you will see a close - "Barnsway" - on the left.

Turn into "Barnsway" then turn IMMEDIATELY left into a slip road / dirt track.

Number 2 is on the right - it has a large dark wood bay window.

You can park outside the iron railings or further down Love Lane back the way you came (there is a small car park cut into the common 1 minute walk away).

DO NOT park in Barnsway.

At the beginning of Kings Langley High Street turn right into Common Lane. If you pass the post office on the right corner, you have gone too far.

Follow  the road, it becomes Love Lane after a while.

Take the 3rd turning on the right into a close called Barnsway (after Barnes Lane and Highfield).

Then turn IMMEDIATELY left into a slip road in front of a newly built house.

Number 2 is to the left of this house - it has a large dark wood bay window.

You can park outside the iron railings or further down Love Lane back (there is a small car park cut into the common 1 minute walk away).

DO NOT park in Barnsway.

 Walking from Kings Langley station

IWalking takes around 30-35 minutes but do leave a little longer the first time. You can walk along the canal if you wish but allow 5 minutes longer. You can see the footpath on the map above (dashed lines). You can come off the canal on Toovey's Mill Close (bottom left corner of Primrose Hill playing fields), then Mill Lane then The Nap which takes you to the High St.
